Objectives

The purpose of the Public Limited Company is:

1. to import, export, and transit goods of any kind and to engage in all commercial transactions, both on its own account and on behalf of third parties, and to act as an agency, all in the broadest sense of the word, to the extent legally permitted;

2. to trade in the goods and animals referred to in paragraph 1 of this article;

3. to act as an agent, representative, and in any other capacity for third parties, with regard to actions and transactions related to the foregoing purposes;

4. to perform all actions that pertain to the foregoing in the broadest sense of the word, including participating in and managing other enterprises with a similar or similar purpose, to the extent legally permitted;
